We took Zara swimming for the first time at our friends pool a little bit ago and she loved every second of it. We were there for probably an hour and a half and the only time she cried was when we put her in the car seat to go home. They had an awesome kiddie pool, it was all fenced in and only about 1 foot deep. It was such a great way to cool off! Since then we have been swimming a couple more times and each time she loves it more and more. Today when we went swimming she was babbling the whole time and kicking her feet in the water. Tomorrow she turns 4 months old!
She really liked standing in the pool at the edge and watching all the big kids playing in the regular pool. The people who built the pool were so smart and planted huge trees by the kiddie pool so that it would be in the shade.
After our water excursion we were pretty tuckered out and hungry so we went to Five Guys and chowed down on some yummy burgers and fries and prayed that Zara didn't have a peanut allergy.
